INTRODUCTION TO RUNYOGA |
Have you been wanting to do yoga?
In May 2019 we will be running a four-week series of yoga classes to give people an opportunity to try RunYoga. These classes are for active people (or people who aspire to be more active) who are keen to experience the benefits of yoga to complement the regular exercise that they do and to help those who are new to yoga to feel more confident to give it a try.
The classes will be held at Yoga Rotorua on Tuesday evenings from 7.30-8.30pm and will run from Tuesday 7th May to Tuesday 28th May. The cost for the four-week series will be $55. These classes are ideal for active people who have never done yoga before and would like to give it a try to find out how it can benefit their physical and mental well-being. They are also suitable for those who have tried yoga in the past and are keen to give it another go. |
The four classes will be taught by local Rotorua RunYoga teacher Sarah Lei, who is a keen runner and mountain biker and has been teaching yoga for active people since 2013. Each class will focus on a different aspect to help improve your strength, flexibility and confidence...
