Have you been wanting to try yoga?
Have you heard about the benefits of yoga for active people, but you aren't sure where to start? In January 2020 we will be running a two-hour RunYoga Introductory Workshop. This Workshop is for active people (or people who aspire to be more active) who are keen to experience the benefits of yoga to complement the regular exercise that they do and to help those who are new to yoga to feel more confident to give it a try.
The workshop will be held at Yoga Rotorua on Saturday 18th January from 3.00-5.00pm. The cost for this one-off workshop is $25.
