YOGA FORBIKERS |
In February 2019 we will be running a four-week series of yoga classes as part of SportBoP Bike Month. These classes are for bikers who are keen to experience the benefits of yoga to complement the regular riding that they do and to help those who are new to biking to feel more confident on their bike.
The classes will be held at Yoga Rotorua on Thursday evenings from 7.30-8.30pm and will run from Thursday 7th February to Thursday 28th February. The cost for the four-week series will be $50. These classes are ideal for bikers who have never done yoga before and would like to give it a try. They are also suitable for those who have tried yoga in the past and are keen to find out how it can benefit their biking. |
The four classes will be taught by local Rotorua RunYoga teacher Sarah Lei, who is an avid mountain biker and has been teaching yoga for bikers and other active people since 2013. Each class will focus on a different aspect to help improve your strength, flexibility and confidence on the bike...
